Gloria and Phil Teber brought their skills from their professional lives and their love of cooking to the Arrowhead Inn. Phil was trained as a chef at the Culinary Institute in Washington DC. He is also a master carpenter and restorer. Gloria was a business woman and sales representative and is now an experience owner and bookkeeper.
