Intimate Family Wedding

Designed for the Bride & Groom who would like to hold a small North Carolina family & friends wedding celebration for up to 30 people. This package is for a three-hour affair between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. and includes:

• A two-night stay at the Arrowhead Inn in Durham near Raleigh, NC with full amenities for the Bride and Groom in a Premium Suite.
• Private wedding ceremony in our Victorian Gazebo or fireside wedding location.  Wedding official is additional charge.
• Staff set-up & break down for the event

• Consultation with our wedding coordinator who will help orchestrate the event.

• Bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere.
• Two-tiered wedding cake
• Intimate Dinner for two at the Inn at a private romantic table
• Celebration tray with sparkling wine, chocolate-covered strawberries or fruit and cheese plate awaiting your arrival.
• Candlelight breakfasts delivered each morning to the Bride and Groom in their Suite or at their private table.
• An Arrowhead Inn keepsake gift to remember your special day.
• Linens, china, glassware, silverware, and candles for reception.
• Consultation with innkeeper/chef and staff to customize menu selection for wedding feast. Lunch, hors d'oeuvres, wine, and beer are priced according to selection and number of guests. A 20% gratuity and applicable sales tax will be added to the total bill.

$1850 plus tax & gratuities
(Above total does not include lunch & reception charges, which are dependent upon menu selection & number of guests.)
